We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
To start a return, email service@lazydrips.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged items due to customer handling are not eligible for refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
